3RD INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON GEOGRAPHIES OF CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND FAMILIES

(11-14th July 2012, National University of Singapore, Singapore)

Following the very popular and succesful 1st International Conference in Reading (2007) and 2nd Conference in Barcelona (2009) the 3rd Conference will be held in Singapore at the National University of Singapore in 2012. Given the geographies of this conference we particularly encourage a focus on Asia-Pacific, but welcome papers and research from an international context. The conference will be open to academics, postgraduates and locally based youth and childhood practitioners and workers.

Two confirmed Key Note speakers are:

Professor Stuart Aitken, Department of Geography, San Diego State University, USA

Professor Johanna Wyn, Youth Research Centre, University of Melbourne, Australia
